### Agenda 11.09.2025

* Decision-Making Process Workflow Discussion

### Decisions/Actions

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="151.68359375"></th><th width="312.09375"></th><th></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Discussion Point</td><td>Notes</td><td>Actions: Responsible / Note</td></tr><tr><td>Decision-Making Process Documentation</td><td>A draft supplementary document was created to work alongside a BPMN diagram. This document aims to explain the decision-making process for anyone in Intersect, from proposing an idea to its execution. It outlines three levels of decision impact (low, medium, and high) and the roles of various stakeholders, including working groups, committees, the ISC, the Board, and the Intersect team. The document also mentions special cases and timelines. The purpose is to formalize and document a process that already exists in practice.</td><td>Lorenzo Bruno will incorporate feedback on the draft document. The group will finalize the document and diagram over the next two weeks. The working group plans to present the refined documentation to the ISC after the next meeting.</td></tr><tr><td>Status of Past Recommendations</td><td>The status of various recommendations from the "recommendation register" was reviewed. This included a recommendation on board election integrity, a dismissal policy for inactive committee members, and improving candidate presentation. Updates on the progress of each of these were shared.</td><td>N/A</td></tr><tr><td>New Tools for Participation and Transparency</td><td>A new member area for working groups is being developed to increase transparency and participation. It will allow members to see a list of all working groups, their details, and who is active in them. Members will also be able to create or archive working groups through a standardized process. Additionally, the development of a member profile is underway, which will track participation in working groups and elections. It was also suggested to connect Discord accounts to Intersect profiles to better track member engagement.</td><td>The new member area for working groups and member profiles is expected to go live in October. The team will consider connecting Discord accounts to track participation. Gintama suggested an AI-powered summary of candidate applications for future elections.</td></tr></tbody></table>
